Located in El Paso, Texas

This 2-acre IOS property was acquired as raw land in a high-barrier-to-entry location, just off the I-10 freeway.

In 2020, a 10,000 SF metal warehouse was developed as a built-to-suit facility for Sunstate Equipment Company, a national, privately owned equipment rental operator. The site features a 5-inch asphalt overlay, designed to accommodate the heavy steel equipment stored on the property.
