This 17,000 SF warehouse on 4 acres was built initially for Schwan’s Frozen Foods. The property was acquired off-market in 2023 as a value-add IOS investment. Plans included remodeling the main warehouse and developing 2 acres of raw land into an expanded yard.

During the design phase, Herc Rentals (NYSE: HRI) secured a long-term lease with multiple renewal options. The property is ideally suited for equipment rental operations, featuring a large paved yard, oversized grade-level loading doors, and multiple ingress/egress driveways for efficient access.
