Located in Chandler, Arizona

This 11-acre property was developed on the Gila River Indian Community under a 65-year ground lease established in 2008. The project introduced one of the first Class A RV and boat self-storage facilities in the Phoenix metro area.

The facility featured over 600 open-air, covered, and enclosed RV and boat storage spaces, supported by an on-site management team handling daily leasing and maintenance. The project quickly reached 100% occupancy and maintained near-full capacity for more than a decade.

In 2020, the asset was sold at a 6% cap rate, reflecting its proven location and long-term stability. Since then, multiple similar RV storage developments have been built across the Phoenix metro area, underscoring Woudenberg Properties’ role as an early developer that recognized the demand for Class A RV storage in Arizona.
